Can anyone tell me if an NVQ Level 3 is equivalant to a New Zealand Level 4

My husbands NVQ 3 in Wood Machining/Joinery was verified as level 4 by NZQA. Don't know if it's the same for all subjects though !

Hi there i had my NVQ level 2 assessed as a 3 by NZQA!! also my diploma level 4 in management as a level 5 in business.
