I sent off the paperwork to NZQA on March 19 and we have heard NOTHING! We didn't do fast track and now we are wishing we had. Does anyone know how long it is taking them? Hopefully we will hear something soon!

We did fast track and got it back in 2 weeks. I called them 2 days before we got it back and they were very helpful. Just asked for date of birth and told us it had left. Tel from Uk 006444634200. Good Luck

I posted my application on 20. February on fast track, and I didn't hear anything for three weeks. I then gave them a ring and yes, I think they were friendly and helpful but I didn't understand a word apart from "email". When I asked the guy to repeat it again it was just "mumble-mumble-mumble-email", and to this day I'm not sure if he spoke Maori?? Or maybe the Kiwi accent needs some getting used to...
Anyway, it took another week and my documents came back together with the case officer's name and number. I emailed him and he emailed me back straight away that everything was "in the process of getting verified". Hm.
Another four weeks passed, and then one day the assessment was in the letterbox.
So, on fast-track from start to finish: two months.
(By the way, we're now waiting for "decision successful" after our EOI was selected with a job offer nearly five weeks ago... This whole emigration requires PATIENCE!)
Good luck!!
