Hi Guys

Really pleased for you, that's great.
We haven't had any viewings since last week. tried to call agents today and left msg. No call back by 4pm and tried them again..no answer. Bit fed up and thought god, if I was a possible viewer and couldn't get a reply I probably wouldn't try again. Think I may be changing agents :wah

soz to hear that , new agents sounds like a good idea.

We were dead lucky as the couple who have offered have been looking on this estate for ages and have already missed two so they were keen.

Hang on in there sure your buyer is just round the corner .

Offer your viewers your yummy fruit cake and they'll not be able to resist :)

Congratulations! Get those movers on the phone and throw some "house dust" at Ana&Steve. They're waiting on a buyer.

Wot a good idea..a free cake to whoever buys. Paul spoke to the guy in Auckland last night. Really nice guy, dead keen for Paul to start in their Spring. Even more reason to get the house sold. Guess it will happen when the time is right. Very pleased for you two though...forgot to give you these :raebanana :raebanana :raebanana

Anxious here too Vicki. Also anxious that there is talk of a property crash in the UK. How long have you been on market?

only been on market 4 weeks :o I know I'm a bit panicky and its not really that long - but our last house sold same day it went on.
We've just had no-one looking at all - apparently its very quiet in general . ie. theres nobody looking at ANY houses round here. Hope it picks up soon - I cannot help but worry:uhoh

I know what you mean. We've only been on for just over a week but not much happening. I am getting panicky as we are definately not going anywhere until sold as we need to release some funds. Let's hope some of that Shropshire house selling dust comes this way. We met Ben and Clare at the weekend. They are a really nice couple and I'm really pleased:nice1 for them

Congrats and a :raebanana to Ben and Clare!

Sending good house vibes to everyone else (since we don't have a home-selling vibes icon you'll have to imagine a house with a tiny sold sign waving back and forth in front of it :laugh) We were stuck last year waiting for a house sale so I feel for you all!
