Hi all,

Just a small message to let you all know that I'm finally off to NZ within a few days, next tuesday to be more specific. As of today I left my apartment and I'll be staying with friends and family for these last couple of days.
Yesterday I gave a goodbye drink at work and it was more difficult then I thought. People were really sad that I'm leaving.
Anyway, I guess it won't get any easier in the next days, but I sure can't wait to be on the plane.

Feeble,

Enjoy your new life out there. Just to let you know i received the visa yesterday and as a added bonus my occupation has been added this last week to the immediate skills list, so i'll be looking at the other route when i get settled over there.
Good luck and a merry xmas to you and have a wonderful new year in NZ

Well peeps,

I arrived this morning after 36 hours of exhausting travelling but here I am. One little setback though, my bag is still somewhere above the pacific ocean on the way from hong kong to NZ. But I've been told by someone at the airport that they will drop it off at my hotel by this evening. I had to give my keys of the locks to a guy from customs so that they could open it if necessary, but that's the least of my worries. As long as I have it.
Although the weather's not super, it's really nice to walk around in a t-shirt again coming from freezing temperatures.
I've already been quite busy today, opened a bank account, got a NZ phone number, done some shopping for the christmas weekend, and rented a car. I'm getting pretty tired now though, but the sleep will have to wait until tonight.
Anyway, will giv you more updates soon tomorrow or so, still have some things to do now

Good job, feeble! Hope your bag finds you soon, and I look forward to hearing about your adventures in a new (zea)land.
