My wife has a (permanent) admin job for a healthcare company, earning $15 per hour. It is in Tauranga but maybe it helps to compare.

Doing temp admin work at the bottom end of skills and experience, temping through an agency, I've got 14-16/hour in both Auckland and Wellington. Was about 3 years ago though, may have gone up a little.

22dlls per hour in Wellington for a temp adm job approx :) It really depends in experience and compay I will definately recomend you do it via job recruitment agency as they can always ask for more pay for you and you know right away when jobs open. Clayton and Ford, Hudson, etc
