Hi for those who have been following, I got the Software sales role. Had to haggle up my basic, but commision structure looks good. If anyone applies to Woosh for broadband they use this companies mapping and data software to check if your house has converage. Irnic is Woosh told us no way.
Typical finally got a result from another job who wants to interview me and its was far more appealing but then I may not like them or even get the job. Timing sucks though.
Start on 11th after house move, nothing like doing it all at once.

Thanks all, can't wait to move and get it over and done with now. Finally had some renters round to look at taking over the tenancy agreement fingers crossed as there are more houses than renters at the moment.
Ray BCO, I was told at the recruitment interview 65-85k as they were not sure what they were looking for. Agent came back with verbal offer of 70k and said the contract was beeing drawn up. when it arrived it said 65k!! So I rang the rec agent and said problem. We had a meeting 2hrs later and he said he had been told (yeh right) that he could go to 70k and sign the contract. I think the client my new boss was paying a one off recruitment cost not % sliding sclae. Friends you see. So he was getting the salary as low as possible which is unusual for a permanenet of fixed. Basically I took it as a nother month out of work means the same as another 5k ish increase with tax.
But yes do haggle salaries. I have seen in recruitment a job go from Tester to Senior Tester just to get a better deal and not loose the candidate. So that was in government so they could go to the next pay scale. Extra 7k if I remember.
