Finally recd out ITA paperwork to complete - yippee!!!!!

Need to 'pick the brains' of those of you that did the process whilst here in NZ.

Have found out that our police certificates are to be applied for back in uk - done and sent off!

Our drs can do the medicals and have given us the costs for us both and out little one

Any ideas what costs we are looking at for the xrays for both me and oh, and blood tests here in NZ ?? (know little boy hasnt got to have as only 4.5yrs old)

We have been advised that it is $800 for Immigration when we send the paperwork off and then the migrant fees when all hopefully signed off ....

Trying to get a feel for all the costs we are looking at, as we are in process of house hunting too ....

These are the costs that we paid for a family of 4 in NZ (youngest was 14 so can't remember if didn't have x-rays or blood test?)

$122-142 for blood tests per person depending on tests needed
$300 per person medical
$320 for x-rays for the family
$710 for the immigration fee
$1200 for the migrant levy

Costs were for around November 2006

We paid $90 per person for the medical and $30 for the x-rays and $10 for the blood tests.

Our costs were with our own doctor in Wellington, and we didn't bother to shop around?

aggelon can you just clarify that the $30 for x-rays was per person and $10 for blood tests were also per person? And finally the approx date that you had the tests done (if I remember correctly the costs were more after Nov 2005)?
