An update on our Titirangi house sale...

The very first people who came to look at our house have bought it (it was a private sale through Trade Me). The deal is cash and unconditional which makes things very simple. We move out by August 1 and hope to be back in the U.S early August...never dreamed selling would be quite THAT easy!:exit
