Just going through my EOI again !!! and I have noticed this:

'For each dependent child who will be included in your residence application, please complete a Child supplement Expression of Interest form. Please refer to the Guide under Dependent Children in the section Summary of Terms.'

Is this just the information they ask on the EOI about each child or is there a separate form to complete? I can't seem to find it :confused:

I'm fairly certain that this is just the part of the form for each child. I can't remember completing any other form, and our EOI was accepted.

Hi we have recently submitted our EOI, if I remember correcty, I had to enter our sons details on my OH section, mine and near the end there is an additional form to fill out.

If you go onto the NZ website and type in Child Form for EOI, you can print it out and see what information you need.

ie
birth certificate no
passport no.

I found the form on the website and it just goes over the same information that the online EOI covers so I assume that it is all incorporated into one when you apply online. Here's hoping :D

Nicky - did you ever clarify this point? I'm just going through the same thing and it seems to imply that you also have to fill in a paper copy, which seems odd.

No paper copy needed. the online form automatically takes you to the sections to be completed. I just filled the online form as it appeared in each section. Must have been ok as I got PR last month :yes

Thank you for that. We have three children and I noticed that it only asked for the details of the one dependant child who is moving with us. Many thanks and good luck with your move.

Hi

We have recently had our EOI selected. When we filled it out, if you say that you are taking children with you it automatically includes a section (on line) for those children. It asks for

Proof of identity; childs health; english language ability.

There definately was not a separate form to complete!! It was all pretty straight forward if they have passports!

Thank you all for your replies. I'm now just waiting for NZQA to come back with confirmation of qualifications and we'll submit the EOI at the beginning of September (extra points for length of service by that date). BTW, just in case you wee wondering, I'm not being a lousy mother and choosing which children to take :) - OH's two 'children' are almost 28 and 30 and quite settled here!
