Hi from a pretty waterlogged Cape Town! Some very good friends, well extended family really, recommended us to this forum as one of the most honest and friendly place to have any questions answered regarding our imminent (hopefully) move to New Zealand...so here we are!
My name is Elizabeth and my parnters name is Etienne, we have 2 beautifull cats called Domino Rinkydink and Tallulha Bubble, we currently live in Cape Town but are hoping to move to New Zealand in the not too distant future. I have spent almost 10 years living in the UK, returning to South Africa just over a year ago due to my father having had a slight stroke (no permanent damage thank goodness!!). I came out to New Zealand year before last for a holiday, 5 weeks in a camper van with my brother touring around, and New Zealand absolutely took my breath away! What a stunningly beautiful country! Anyhoo, with dad being much better we decided, after deciding against going back to the UK, to rather put in for immigration to New Zealand.
I work in the hotel industry for the past 13 years so I don't think I will have any problem with finding employment and Etienne is in the movie industry, the cats obviously live a life of headonism and luxury!
So pleased to meet all of you,
Elizabeth, Etienne and the lil'devils
