Back on April 13th my test revealed that I my liver function was abnormally moderate high and my WBC was too high. My cholesterol was also high as well as triglycerides were way high. After 4 weeks of diet change and more exercise my latest tests (requested by the NZIS doctors) revealed that:

My liver function was normal (normal ranges)
My CBC (hemogram) was normal (normal ranges)
Hep A - C were are negative
My Triglycerides dropped to 144 (normal range)
My Total Cholesterol dropped 10 pts in only 4 weeks!

Amazing what a diet change do. :nice1 I guess no more fatty bacon double cheeseburgers for me! Now that NZIS has my test results back as of a few hours ago, it's just a waiting game again. I was able to get some expeditious things going with NZIS from Seattle and they seemed to how find a way to expedite the process of couriers and transit time. Time will tell if I get my 30+month work visa approved in less than 3 weeks now.

FYI - my diet each day is like this:

2 - 1000mg Alaskan Salmon Fish oils gelcaps
2 - Sytrinol-brand cholesterol control pills (all natural - not prescription)

B'fast: Quaker Oats/porrage, blueberries, some honey, organic ground flaxseed mixed into the oats, orange juice with a side of whole grain toast w/zero saturated fat butter

Lunch: (typical) tuna sandwich with lettuce/tomato, baked lays chips (zero sat fats) and 1 apple

Afternoon snack (typical) - 1 orange, grapes, or an apple

Dinner (typical) - Baked Fish (salmon, fresh cod, etc) with ground flaxseed on it, brown rice, steamed broccoli

Nite snack - 1 apple or some blueberries...
note: I drink a LOT of water!!!!

Does anyone see any way I can improve on this? thx guys :o

John, I'm curious, why did you have to get a Hep A-C test?

Sorry.. I meant to say that I got all 3 done..

Hep A
Hep B
Hep C

A & B were done back in April (both neg). C was just done yesterday for the first time (neg). I was more worried about C coming back positive. But I am all good now.. just waiting on NZIS to do their thing with their medical assessors AND get my Visa to me so I can move to Welly for my job waiting for me.

I don't know much about "Hep A-C" is there such thing? I am new to this medical terminology stuff so sorry for my lack of knowledge.. hehe..
