Hi everyone
My parents are going through the residency process at the moment (EOI selected). They are wondering if there is a way for my sister to come over and get PR. We understand that she can be adopted after 3 years but they would like to know if my sister could go over at the same time as them and get a job and then apply for PR with them already being in the country. My sister unfortunately wouldnt qualify for skilled labour or have over 100 points on the EOI. I have been told that the immigration system over there is different if you are applying when in NZ, is this true? Is it true that you dont need to use the points and EOI system and once you have a job offer you could apply for PR if you have family over there?
Any help would be greatly appreciated....
