I have looked at houses/flats... etc for rent and almost 90% of these though are 2 bdrm or more have only one bath. I just wanted to know if this means 1 full bath and 1 half bath or its just 1full bath. can someone help.

I would try and help, but I have no idea what a half bath is. Possibly a separate toilet?
I would presume that if a rental is advertised as being one bathroom, it would have one bathroom with a toilet and not an additional, separate toilet as well.

I have seen a mini bath or huge shower base look like bath cut in half!!! That you have to bend your leg to your chest to sit on it :laugh but prefect for our children!!:exit

It would be possible for a house to have a bathroom (with Bath and or Shower and basin etc) and a separate room with a toilet or one room with everything in it.
