The company I used to work for in the UK have an office in Singapore which also covers New Zealand. They have offered me a job as a Sales rep, not sure about it yet though. As they don't know much about NZ and employment here they have asked me to find out the following information (Basically set my own contract and work conditions!!):
1) Under the local NZ law and policies - what is the fair rate for hiring a Sales Rep ( employee ) and / or a contract Sales rep ( non employee, full time for a period contract ). This is a fairly self driven , motivated independent Sales person with more than 5 years of sales experience.
2) Are there any other taxes / contribution / claims / allowance / mobile phone to consider?
3) Working from Home - what is a fair compensation for electricity / phones charges if any ..etc.
Having only been here for two weeks I'm a bit in the dark, any help would be gratefully received or where to go to find this info out.
Cheers Jo
