Just got in from a 9 hr shift at Akl airport!
I wk there as a p/t csa for Air NZ, been there since March.
Pay is ok, depends on the grade u go in on,and there are alot of changes going on at present, new contacts start 6th Aug, so there has/will be alot of different roles and we are all going onto teams and specialising in one place rather than mixed, so will see how that works.
Most peops are on part time roles, will be working 6 days on and 3 off come August, hrs vary week by week but between around 20-30 a week. There are full time peops too, same shift pattern.
Some really nice people wk there, but have worked for better companies, will wait and see what nxt month brings!
If u want more info just pm me.

I also work for Air NZ at the head office, not in a managerial role though. I think pay rates ect ect will depend on the position and what kind of role you play in the company. It is a bit company compared to NZ stadards ;)

Like Jameelka said it especially depends on what grade you have in the company such as junior/middle or senior management, and of course what department you work in. Currently employees get 4 weeks paid annual leave.

Sorry I'm not able to give you specific answers but hopefully will give you a bit of insight.
