Kitchen is complete and the house is available for viewings, not that we have any arranged yet but early days.

Went out for the day yesterday and returned to find the back door covered in flying ants, They seem to live in the cavity wall and get in and out around the dampproof course usually not coming into the house.

Got the bug spray onto them and managed to clean up. just thanking god that we didn't have any viewing at the time.

Hope they don't come back soon

You get them out here too John, but they seem to be very small compared to the UK type. Fingers crossed they don't return and spoil any viewings you may have coming up.
