Jenny and I arrive in Whangarei on Sunday - crazy times as we are now going through quite a storm up here in the North - but it is also a little nice as it forces us (mainly, me) to slow down and relax. :)

Welcome to the far north.

We've been up here in Kerikeri since January and its the second storm we've been through.

Dont let it put you off when the sun comes out its a beautiful place.

It was 20 degrees in the garden on saturday morning, bright sunshine blue sky, green and red parrots sat in the trees and this is midwinter, it will do for me even with the storms/floods/gales /tornadoes . lol
