Hi

i have just had a decision on my EOI and need to apply.

For the medicals, I have asked a few surgeries and I have been given a range of $ 230 - 250 for medicals, $ 100 for bloods and $ 75 - 90 for Xrays.

That seems quite a lot !

Is it the same experience for everyone else or maybe someone can suggest something cheaper.

Not sure how this compares to Nz prices but it is a lot cheaper than in the Uk. Would be interested in where oyu found the cheapest quotes?

It is much much cheaper over there as we found out when we applied there. It cost us £530 inc xrays over here for the two of us.......so 290 NZ dollars is a breeze in comparison I reckon

that is 250 + 100 + 90 = 440 NZD per person.
Certainly cheaper than the quote I was given in Southampton - £250 for bloods and medical and £70 for the Xray.
