With the chest xray - is it a simple xray? do they only need to take a "picture" from your back?

Does my daughter need to remove her lip and belly button piercings?

Yep simple chest x-ray taking from back, standing up, take few mins.
For jewellery, you will be ask to remove any trace of jewellery from neck areas down to thigh, including belt...so belly piece may have to come out because they can block the view of chest x-ray. Ring ahead to check.
Wedding ring can stay if you wish as I didn't want my wedding ring to be remove, so I didn't.

Yep - it's a simple x-ray.

I would think that your daughters belly piercing would have to be taken out, but the lip one may be able to stay.

Like Sophia says - ring 'em, 'cos every surgery would have their own rules I would think.
