Hi all,
I know this was doen b4 but can't find it so would appreciate help.
As OH is assessed by the PGDB how do we fill in the bit regarding assessment in the EOI? It only mentions NZAQ which isn't required? Do we just fill it in as if it is NZAQ?
Am I making sense? Have a kiwi cold & head wants to bust.

Did you see the cheap pot shot at UK plumbing standards in the PGDB newsletter?
They stuck in a franchise advert which seems to claim that one can be a UK plumber in 5 weeks. good grief.


anyway. Back to your EOI

Yes . you fill it in as though it is NZQA. NZIS use the NZQA as a bench mark for their register.

I know it mentions just NZQA but there is a drop down list and you choose one of those.
If you have a positive assessment from PGDB where you are assessed as allowed to sit their registration exam etc without further training , you should select

4 Certificates [Spec. Acc. Trade]

Next bit :- is it assessed by NZQA ? = No.

If you didn't have that positive outcome from the PGDB and they require you to have further training and sit the National Certificate before you can take the Registration exams then you will have to select

3 Certificates [spec acc trade]

somewhere you will have put in the PGDB Limited Licence number, so that will point them in the right direction.

Thanks , as always you're there with the right answer when it's needed. Yes, the PGDB is now sending all it's wonderful mailshots to us. I love the one where they're asking where the organisation can go & for our input. Don't tempt me!
