Have any technoheads out there managed to get the Channel4 onDemand ( 4oD ) service to work from NZ?
I get the message "You need to be within the UK or the Republic of Ireland to download from 4oD"

Presume it would be possible if I try to connect through a proxy in the UK?? Anyone done this or got a better idea?

I guess the same problem will occur with the BBC iPlayer when its released next week.

bump! I'm looking for a way to do this as well...I have been told that it is technically possible but expensive (I don't know how or why!) - if anyone has figured it out...would be grateful for some hints/tips...
