just want to make sure...

it is said on the requirement to claim bonus point for absolute skill shortage :
'bachelor of science (food science) or bachelor of engineering (food engineering)'

am I fulfill that requirement if I have master degree in food science and bachelor in chemical engineering?
my master qual had been assessed with PAR and the result was level 9 compare to NZ's standard.

Im not an expert but it seems to me that if a Bachelors in Food Science is considered adequate to claim points in an absolute skill shortage, then a Masters in the same subject should be more than adequate?
