Have any of you had experience with Autoshippers (Shipit.co.uk) for shipping a car from UK Soton to Auckland on a RollonRolloff ferry?
They've given a the best quote so far but are they reliable???

Cant be of any real great help except to say the the guy was very helpful on the phone bue we decided in the end to not take our car due to price and it's one less hassle:nice1

We were going to ship our car along with all our household stuff in a 40 ft container. It was way cheaper than shipping in separately with specialist car shipping company. Worked out less that £400 extra. But, we didn't in the end due to ridiculous cost of getting certificate of compliance. It can vary from £35 with some car manufacturers to over £300 with others!! There was a recall on our vehicles in NZ, but not in UK for same vehicle. Meant that even though it was compliant in UK, it would not have been in NZ....check this out before you book...will save you loads of hassle in the end.
