Just in case some folk are wishing they had a B & Q warehouse to go to and buy those wallpapers that you so wished you could put on those walls out here, then look no further than Guthrie Bowron. Elaine was in the local branch on Saturday and came across some wallpaper that was a B & Q brand, and to top it off, it was on special at $18.99 a roll.

She wishes she had asked the question how did B & Q end up in your store.

I think I'm right in saying that Mitre 10 is an NZ owned company and each store is privately owned, but I'll let Cardy have the final say :nice1

Hi Mitre 10 mega is modelled on B &Q but is not connected to it in anyway they are all individually owned stores in NZ acting as a cooperative.

i forgot to say that there are quite a few B&Q managers working for Mitre 10 that have emigrated here and as we buy a lot of our own products you will probably see some brit old favourites knocking about.:yes
