From around half August our attractive two bedroom Art Deco apartment will become available.
It is situated in the much sought after area of Karori (city-end). The walking distance to the CBD is less than 40 minutes; a bus (stop at 100 m from the door) will take you there in around 12 minutes; it is around 8 minutes by car.
Apart from two bedrooms (one of which is a large double) it consists of a laundry, bathroom and small kitchen. The apartment comes with a fridge, electric oven/stove, washing machine and dryer. It can also be rented fully furnished. There is no garage but there is ample parking at the door.
