We got a letter and our qual's back today. Do they send the form (whatever it is) to the awarding bodies or where I studied for the qual?

Anyone have Rudy Ruhnayat as a Case Officer?

If they decide that they need to verify any information on your form they would contact the relevant institution for information. IMO they would not send the form, just a request for information.
