Dear Forum,

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't find any email address for support, and I don't know how to ask the Admins about my problem. I hope they find this thread soon.

We have this new rule about PM on the forums. "As of 1st August, private messaging will become available after you have made your fifth post."

In July, I was in the midst of PMing with someone about an important - to me - issue. I had 5 post, so I thought I was OK. But since 1st August I'm unable to access my PMs. I made two new posts to make sure I qualify for the 'elite group', but the days are going by and still no changes. No updates on my profile, and it says I have 4 posts whereas I have 7.

I'd very much appreciate if I could access my messages again, and could continue PMing with that helpful forum member.

Can't really help you but I do know that posts made in 'The Lounge' don't count towards your number of postings. Post in a different place to bring your tally up and then try again.

I replied to a topic you had posted in instead - but it seems odd that I had sent you a pm previously and now I can't.

You just made your 5th post a few minutes ago Zeeta and the announcement said it could take up to an hour after your 5th post before PMs were available. (You'll see that I had five posts before this one and I have been able to use the PM system.)

My PMs should be OK now, but I'll check out the topic you mentioned.

By the way, is there really no support email address of admins here?
