I was digging around on the NZQA site and found this about international counseling qualifications, which I have (MS from the University of TN in counseling w/ an emphasis in school counseling):

non National Qualifications Framework transition
No transition arrangements are required. This
qualification does not replace any existing NZQA
qualification or NZQA approved national course.

Can someone please tell me what this means?
