Hi

We've had a letter from the Drs who are going to do our medicals and it mentions our forms...... we don't have any medical forms. Do the Drs not supply the relevant forms?

I'm also really annoyed that 2 days before our medicals they have said oh you will need to make an appointment with the hospital to have your bloods done 'cause we don't do them here.......that will be a royal pain in the butt if we can't get them done on Thurs. Why are people so unhelpful GRRR

They can be downloaded, and the dr expected me to have them. I had a copy printed out.

You also need passport size photos for some of the forms too.

We used our digital camera, took a head and shoulders shot of each family member and resized them so they were passport photo size - I think I did five for each of us! Saved a fortune!

You need seperate forms for each person, and 1 photo for medical form, 1 for bloods and one for x-ray, so children under 12 1 in total, preganant ladies, 2 every one else 3.
Our Drs also asked us to fill in the first part of the form to save time.

We have some passport photos here at the mo. 'cause we've just had our passports renewed so will take them along.

Just printed off the forms too...... it's hard getting time to do this stuff at the moment 'cause my Mum and Step-father are down staying with us on holiday. They don't know about the emmigration plans and it's all I can do not to tell them. We want to wait until we definately have the stickers though. No point upsetting people if we don't get accepted.
