We rang Hamilton on Monday evening to inquire as to whether they had sent us anything and wondered if it had been delayed or lost due to the postal strike. The girl was really nice and said that we were in the manage tray awaiting a case officer and our medicals were perfect. She said to ring again in two weeks if we hadn't heard anything but they may send the paper work to our son in Katikati as it when we were there that we applied. It sounds pretty positive now for us doesn't it
