This is for all the XE users out there - how often do you click Refresh Rate?

I find I'm quite addicted to it and can never accept the first quote and then spend the next 10 minutes watching it go up and down!

If I don't get another quote higher then I can't bring myself to go through with the transaction even if its just a few dollars! :o

Cheers

No wonder you won the currency competition! You sound like a woman obsessed!

Mind you I remember checking the daily rate frantically up to the day I had to click the "transfer" button....

Its getting better. Currency direct offered us $2.721 per £1 today. I think we will wait just a little longer

I think it does become an obsession. I have a gadget on my PC which shows the exchange rate when i'm logged in to the internet and it refreshes automatically.......... it's looking better at the moment which is good.

Where's the 'Refresh Rate' button?

I have XE in my favourites and can't seem to see it.....?

LesleyS, you get the ,refresh rate, button when you are actually about to make a trade. It allows you to secure the rate offered or refresh to see if the rate has changed in the last 60 seconds.

Its a bit like mini gambling, depending on how much you are exchanging, as you watch the amount offered go up and down.

Cheers

Or you could just place a 30-day defined bid and let the system do it for you automatically. If it doesn't hit the metric you specify, nothing is converted.
