I know that removal companies has been done a lot on here but I really would like to hear from those who have used NZ van Lines in particular. There are some not to good things on here and other forums about them but would like to hear from people who used them bad or not.
The reason for this is that we have now had 7 quotes( I know its a lot but its a tricky move) 4 of these quotes use NZ van lines. We have received a brochure from NZ van lines which seems pretty good. The quotes who do not use NZ van lines are a lot more expensive.
We have a pretty good idea who we will use but its the NZ Van lines that concerns me.

Our experience with NZ Van Lines was great! Will definitely use them again (finance permitting, because they are one of the most expensive). Heard a lot good news about them from businesses that use them for large and complicated jobs.

We had them for our delivery in NZ, we never actually knew who would be delivering we were just too keen to get here we never really paid attention!! Anyway the 2 guys we got were great, my stuff was out of that truck in a flash! We had 1 item missin completely and 1 damaged but the UK guys sorted that out asap.

We also used NZ Van Lines when we moved here. I thought they were great, no hassles, and we even used them for our subsequent house moves, all with great results.

However, if you search the forum I'm pretty sure you will find there's been as many bad experiences as well....

We used them as part of the deal with our shippers from uk.
All I can say is, based on that experience, we will not be using them again.

Again no issues for us, we used GB liners from the UK with the NZ leg handled by NZ van lines, delivery took place at the time and date as agreed and all the rubbish etc was taken away for us, they even came back a few days later to check we had settled and took away more of our unwanted packing materials.....
