Has anyone been accepted after a cancer diagnosis? If so, did you put additional supporting paperwork with your medical?

I was diagnosed May 05 at the age of 30 with grade 3, stage 1 breast cancer but with a good prognosis.

By the time I want to go (once I qualify as a social worker) I would be 3 years post diagnosis.

Any help, would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot for the information.

Even though my circumstances are different from the lady in question it has given me some ideas on supporting evidence and a better understanding of the process.
