Just a quick question..
could someone tell me when the schools start back next year Jan/Feb?
We are wanting to book some flights but want to check out schools while we are over. We are wanting to visit Wellington and Christchurch:nice1 :nice1

Hiya - all schools may be different, it will be around the first week in February when they go back, (we haven't even been given a definate date yet for our boys school) So my advice is to make your trip towards the end of Feb if you can, give them a couple of weeks to settle back in before you start visiting!:)

What do they mean by half-days? That is a new concept to me.

My wife is a teacher and she works 'half days' - normally 12 hours out of 24!!! :laugh
