I've discovered another unique NZ denizen . . . the trademe! They can be seen going into Pak n Save, buying a small item , let's say Bobby bananas on special offer, then coming out with a trundler full of all sorts of empty boxes. I spotted another at the Warehouse today so I'm wondering if it's a spring ritual & they are gathering their nesting materials? Is the behaviour of the Trademe different in the South Island? I don't know if they are a recognised species yet but I think we should be told. Bless 'em!:exit
