Anyone know whats the best way to look for graduate jobs in NZ, they seem to be pretty hard to find.

You will find that there are not that many graduate jobs in NZ compared to UK. What NZ economy is lacking is people with experience....there is a big 'brain drain' of people with a few years experience going abroad for better pay etc. This isn't to say jobs are not available, but unless you have some skill NZ graduates do not have, it will be hard to secure one of them. The majority of jobs open to immigrants are skilled jobs. You would be far better off getting a few years experience in a skill shortage area (have a look at NZ immigration website for skilled migrant visas) if you intend to come here as an employee. That way you can expect to achieve a better salary and it would give you the chance to save up some money to get set up here.
