Found this perfect Residential home for sale,complete with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and a business thrown in as well. I can work out where the bedroom is but the bathroom? :laugh
And all this for $35,000. Sounds too good to be true

Yes I did realise it is a franchise but what concerns me is they have obviously mixed the description up with a I bed property, So that is pretty obvious, but how many other incorrect descriptions are out there which are not so obvious.Just goes to show you have to be very careful with property descriptions.

I have found that there are alot of property descriptions with obvious mistakes, especially acres-hectares conversions, that would have been picked up on if the agent reread what they were doing. It doesn't say much for the quality of the agents involved........

I just had a look through this weeks property press....some very funny mistakes. Especially amused where the add extra 0 to price of house, and where the describe the non existent garden of an apartment:roll
