This is a big RANT!! The general pastime of B.........s, P.......s etc etc around here is to either kick in post boxes or smash bottles all over the place. The weekend seems to be the favourite choice of these low lifes to smash glass deliberately in areas where people walk. Well my poor Nelson walked right over some across our driveway resulting in a deep serious cut into his pad. Apart from the cost (actually irrelevant) the poor little guy's been in pain. He's bouncing back after 48 hours but now we have to go through the recovery period before the stiches come out in 10 days.
A couple of weekends ago lots & lots glass was smashed throughout a gorgeous little park which is for the little folks use. Some was even embedded in the grass!
I never experienced this type of wanton vicious vandalism in the UK (other types) & it makes me sick to the stomach to see this happening on a regular basis. I know it's only a few but honestly, if I wasn't having to be a good girl while waiting for the hopeful PR I think I might start patrols to keep an eye on things. At least to identify the S....S!

Oh no, that's awful. We had some kids in our local park up to this type of thing. Luckily it didn't last long. Let's hope your's doesn't either. I was hoping to leave this type of thing behind in the UK

I would think it happens all over NZ and Uk to some degree, I do hope Nelson is feeling better soon.

Sorry to hear of your troubles.....I hate it when a few ignorant individuals spoil things for everyone else:(
