Hi,
I have attended first round of interview with an potential employer (ICT company). I got a feedback that, he was going to forward my CV to Technical managers for review for technical competency interview. Its been 1 week...still I didn't get a call :uhoh .
My question is..Normally how many days it will take to have next round of interview?
Even if I was not selected in first round .....do employer don't notify us stating I am not fit for the position?
I am little worried.

Things seem to take longer here in NZ compared to what we were used to in UK. Things are more laid back here, and there is less sense of urgency to get things done...I would wait a while longer, or politely ask when you can expect some more feedback...that way you don't sound too pushy.
