Anybody know what has happened to SkillsNZ (www.skillsnz.co.nz) in Christchurch?

I joined them as a member about 2 months ago (paid about NZ$450) and they were supposed to do an assessment and help with finding a job etc etc. :o

Now their phone number seems to have been delisted and my emails simply get bounced!

I met them in person in Chch in March this year and they seemed legit... Looks like I'll be doing this process on my own from now on. However with forumites like you, it's shouldn't be too hard :)

I believe I read something about the man who ran it being under investigation, and that he had done something like this before. Sorry about your troubles, we will help with advice wherever we can!

Brett.....Don't go there, :no unless someone very reliable has recommended them to you, or you have an extremely difficult application.

We had a very bad experience with this company and would NEVER recommend their services to anyone!! :(

You can do all the process yourself. There is so much information available and help from so many sources, why pay someone?? The only time you pay is when you submit to NZIS.
