Here's a bit of a funny question.
My husband has quite a few years of telecommunications experience but no actual certifications for it. (Most of his training was gained through USAF and job based classes through employment he had after leaving the USAF.)

He also has a Computer Science degree (level 7 qualification) but no paid work experience involving that.

Both of those are on the skill shortage lists. When filling out the EOI is there any way he can take advantage of both of them? (I've filled out and submitted an EOI with me as the primary applicant for 120 points, no job--but my degree and experience aren't on the list :( We decided to have him fill one out to see if he can get more points than I. Since his skills are on the shortage lists he's more likely to get picked from the pool with low points than I am...)
Realistically he could get work in either area.

Basic question: Is there any way to claim both experience and degree if they are different?
