The online EOI says: For each dependent child under 16 years, fill out a child supplementary Expression of Interest.

Can someone clarify if this is also done online while submitting principal applicant's EOI?

Is there a separate fee for this?

Where can i find it on the INZ web site? I only managed to get a pdf of this form 1103.

Yes, when you fill in online it automatically adds the supplementary pages i.e. when you enter the number of children the form changes to allow details to be entered for all your children.

Another small one: If the postgraduate (Masters) degree is present on the " List of Recognized Qualifications" but the undergrad (Bachelors) degree is not a part of the list, do i need to get my Bachelors degree pre-assessed by NZQA?

Its a 4 year B.S (Electrical Engineering) degree BTW.
