I'm beginning to get desperate for a massage... lots of knoted up muscles in shoulders and lower back. Any recommendations for somewhere North Shore, close to East Coast Bays preferred but I can travel for somebody good?

Also does anyone have any idea of cost for such things?

There is a place in Takapuna on Anzac Street called Just Massage. I know the woman that owns it quiet well and have had several massages there. She has a therapist ( I can't think of her name at the momemnt...)that she keeps raving about from OZ that I haven't seen yet but she says is great...I have had some massages other places and have not been impressed...

I have walked past a chiropractor today, Sinclairs, just off the east coast road at Northcross, turn down towards Albany on the oteha valley road, (478 0909) but can't recommend as I have never used them.
