Hi Everyone,
We got our EOI selected on 4th July without job offer.
Does anybody in the same pool has got offer for ITA ?
How long on an average does it takes to get an invite for ITA in general ?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Deepak

hi rohini and co
we are in the same boat. we were accepted on this date. i believe, without a job offer, it can take anything up to 3 months to get an ITA, as job offers are given more priority :)

We also selected on 4 July with a job offer and have such a wonderful Visa Office who advised us today that we would receive the offer of invite to apply as we have had our preassessment done. How long we have to wait for that Im not sure - but feel as we making some headway!!!

Can anyone tell me re we sent the documentation for ITA or can they be found on the internet? More stress- excitment, tears no nails etc etc

More priority is a vague statement. E.g. our EOI with a job offer was selected 1 month ago and still no news from INZ. I've started getting a work visa simultaneously as it seems faster way to start on a job.

It took us 4 (nail-biting) months to get the ITA (without job offer)....

we submitted our EOI in Feb and it got selected straightaway. However we didn't get our ITA until August. It would have beena bit sooner had OH read his emails a bit more often ( slap on the wrist for him. I go away for a week and everything goes to pot) but it would only have been probably a week earlier. But we don't have a job offer so that is the reason it took so long.

A few weeks ago New Zealand was a pipe dream, today our EOI was selected 140 points, no job offer. Have been on a real high all day and now see from this blog that ITA can take months. How does everyone cope with the rollercoaster of emotions????

Well done Perksy! Don't know about ITA as it seems a bit random. We were selected from the pool on 29th August with job offer and fair amount of points and hadn't heard anything. According to timings on NZIS website if you have job offer then you should be approved within 10-14 days and my understanding is without offer up to 3 months. OH phoned NZIS today on ridiculous £1 minute phone number to be told over phone that EOI had been approved and that ITA should be with us shortly - believe when I see it!! Funnily enough no email or update on line to reflect this - think I'll be stalking the postman this time next week!?!
