Hi we just thought we would introduce ourselves, as we have been using the site for quite some time,to get lots of info from, and we have found out lots of usefull information over the last few months.
Any way my name is Brian my wife is Claire and we have 2 kids Jamie 17 & Emma 13.
We thought we had better join the Forum as we are know in the process of filling our EOI form out and we might need to start asking some questions.

We will probably need lots of help in the future, so look forward to speaking to lots of you soon.

Hi Brian and welcome to the site. We are only a littel ahead of you having submitted our EOI a couple of weeks ago and been selected on Thursday. Now waiting to see if they accept the claims on our form and trying to find an estate agent to put the house on the market at a sensible price, so no expert but will help where I can.
