We have bought a house and are moving out at the end of Sept
Our rental will be available for 1 month (October) as the owners are returning 7th November
It is a 3 bedroom + office single storey weatherboard villa with fenced garden running front to back with entertainment area.
We have a cocker spaniel so they accept pets
It is a 10 minute walk to the beach (down Long Drive),very close to Dingle Dell Reserve with a bus stop to CBD about 50 yards from front gate
(takes about 25 minutes in peak time,half that off peak)
Rent is $600 per week but may be negotiable as short term.
