Hi All
Just thought I'd drop a note to say that we got our ITA through yesterday from NZIS. So have to take my whingeing about NZIS as suppose it was fairly quick as we were just selected from the pool on 29th August. Just get so uptight about the process when you are in it. Haven't looked through it properly but looks like it's fairly straightforward just hope we have all the right information to hand. Got medicals done last week and expecting police checks any time now so once all the stuff is together we can submit. I think I did ask this question before but don't think I got a reply. If approved by professional body to work (OH did this all earlier in the year) and state registered now in NZ do you still have to get NZQA assessment?

Thanks
K

I think (but wouldn't swear to it) that NZQA refers directly to educational qualifications (degree's etc) rather than professional body membership. I suspect you just need to provide evidence that you are a member of a professional body as part of your ITA submission.

You're getting closer! Yes it is a process that can very easily get you uptight. I've decided to think of it as Snakes & Ladders, so, just so long as you don't get so uptight you throw the dice away you'll eventually win the game!

Today you've gone up a great big ladder, wey hey!!

Good luck, C x
