Now in our new rental in Upper Mout (as the locals call it). It felt so much more homely immediately, with 2 Tuis singing in the tree outside. The landlady lent us a mattress - luxury! so now we're really living it up in style with a bean bag, mattress, airbed, 2 camping chairs and a coffee table!

Good news though - our ship arrives Midnight Sunday and departs midday Monday which means our container will soon be sitting on Nelson dock. Yipppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Feel so happy! Things really seem to be settling into place now and I think we'll all be very happy here! :nice1

I can take the pics but aren't techy enough to load them onto the laptop! Will have to wait for weekend for the geek to return from Welly. He'll have to write some instructions for me.

Let the nipper loose with the camera and laptop, she'll have it sussed in no time (as long as there are no pics of beards to distract her) :)

Yay - sounds great. We've had between 2-5 tuis on our kowhai tree the past 2 weeks, which is unusual in Cambridge, and I've loved it. Glad to hear you're so happy.
