This question will surely comfirm the concept you Brits have of us Americans... you know... completely culturally backwards...but:

My husband was practically raised on Jiff Peanut Butter. He is already suffering pshychotic withdrawal symptoms... just thinking about a lack of PB.

Please, can one of you tell me, if you are already in NZ, can you buy Peanut Butter, and hate to be a pain, but tell me what brands you see.

Husband wants to bring some over...a lot... and I don't want the bother of it.

Have to keep him happy -- or he will brive me insane!

Thanks,
Jennifer

Yes, we have peanut butter, and have had it for many years. :yes

The brands are Sanitarium, a local brand, and the most popular from memory, Eta, Kraft, and 'in-house' brands that are usually the others with different labels on them. None are from America, they are either made in NZ or Australia.

We have a number of varieties, including crunchy and smooth.

I think your hubby will find them just as good as American ones. ;)

Yep, loads of it here.. I don't think it's as "sweet" as some UK brands but I am sure there'll be one to suit his taste!
