I read the posts here and it seems that full NZQA is must for poople with no job offer even if they are in the recognized qualification category (countries).

If that is true, should we start our NZQA before waiting for "ITA" or evern "Decision Successful status" ?

Just wait till we get our ITA

FYI: I claimed points for masters degree in Computer Science and work experience in skills shortage list (10+10)

Yes, I would get it underway if I were you. NZQA are even slower than NZIS to turn stuff around (hard to believe I know, but true).

Oh, and pay for the fast-track option if you can afford it.

Fast = Not really really stupidly slow.

Agree with both of Sam's comments,

Yes get assessments done now, if not last month and go for the fast track option which isn't that fast
